Compass Furniture & Interiors is a furniture designer and manufacturer in Qatar. This policy explains what personal information we collect through compass-furniture.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions go to info@compass-furniture.com.
What we collect
When you send us an enquiry, we receive the details you enter:
- your name, email address and phone number
- your company and the project location, if you give them
- the services and type of space you select, and your message
- any drawing, photo or document you choose to attach
We also briefly process your IP address to protect the form from spam and abuse. This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
How we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and discuss your project
- to prepare quotations and, if we work together, to deliver and manage the project
- to keep the website secure
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this website and our communications: our website hosting provider, and our email provider, which delivers your enquiry to our inbox. These providers may process data outside Qatar. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage any resulting work, and then delete them unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to being contacted at any time. Contact us on info@compass-furniture.com and we will respond as the law requires.
